We would like to inform you that Mono’s servers will be down for maintenance the weekend December 11th and 12th, starting at 16.00 CET Friday December 10th. We expect everything to be back to normal Monday morning December 13th.
Why? We need to do a full server migration of our V3, RAI and billing systems to modern hardware.
What is impacted? During this weekend, RAI, our public APIs and the V3 editor will not be available. This means you will not be able to create any new sites and your V3 sites cannot be updated. Visitors will still be able to see the V3 websites, but they will not be able to make orders or bookings.
When is everything back to normal? We expect everything to work as usual by Monday morning, but as this is a large operation we may require a few hours of downtime Monday morning. No matter what, you will get an email from us with the status Monday December 13th at 9.00 CET.
Our recommendations We recommend that you don’t attempt to make any changes through RAI or on V3 sites during the scheduled maintenance. Important: If you attempt to make changes you may loose your data! We also recommend that if you have customers on V3, that you notify them about this scheduled maintenance.
